AUTOCAD Menu and Autolisp Tools for Sarawak eSPA 2 - ESPA2LISP version 5.05

This is a special menu for AutoCAD (and AutoCAD LT 2024 and 2025 only) users that allows them to place a continuing number, a trace boundary, the area, and a running serial number on a drawing, Plus many checking tools, utilities, and reports for eSPA 2 systems.

This menu only supports the full version of AutoCAD with the specialized tools set and AutoCAD LT2024 and 2025 only

To install: 

  1. Copy the files  BASIC_ESPA_LSP_TOOL.MNU,  ESPA2DCL.DCL, slandused.csv, Artextd.sld, and Basic_eSPA_CAD.LSP to C:\22SAINSX folder on your computer, and Add the folder to the support path in the AutoCAD OPTION command) 

or

 All files are contained in this 22SAINSX ZIP FILE.

   2. Lunch AutoCAD, at the command line type MENULOAD and load the menu file, and type APPLOAD and load the Basic_eSPA_CAD.LSP or place the lisp file at the Startup Suite location for Autoloading.

For LT2024 /2025/2026 version: Additional step: Add the C:\22SAINSX path manually,  type OPTIONS, and go to Files at Support File Search Path and Trusted Locations.

Ps: When using the BSS command, from version(2.5) added Xdata to the plot boundary, and the plot usage assigned to the plot boundary can be reviewed using the XGGP or XGG command. Make sure to remove the old ESPA1 C:\11sains program and folder.

5.05 Check tools- added Hsite -hatching site boundary, Hzone-Hatching zone boundary, Hplot-Hatching plot boundary, Hroad-Hatching road boundary, PLCa -auto place circle on site and zone lwpolyline points, PLCx place circle on selected pline(plot boundary), PLCS -place circle on site boundary, plcz -place circle on zone bounday. plcb -place circle on plot bounday SameCC - check selected the circle to make sure it was on same centerpoint.   Added options BASIC_ESPA_LSP_TOOL-sim.mnu file

AUTOCAD LT Menu for TEXT & BOUNDARY Tools 2023-2024 for eSPA 2

This is a special menu for AutoCAD LT users that allows them to place a continuing number, a trace boundary, as well as the area and serial number results, on a drawing. In addition to some useful tools.

This menu is also used in the full version of AutoCAD with the specialized tools set.

To install: 

    1. Copy the menu file  LT_TEXT_BOUNDARY_BONUS_2023.MNU to any folder on your PC.

    2. Lunch AutoCAD LT, at the command line type MENUBAR and enter 1.

    3. At the command line type MENULOAD and load the menu file.

GD&T CAD from Dimension to TABLE output

 This is a routine using Dimension entities in the drawing to place the GD&T information, Number of Checks, and component name to the object.

The result is, the user can later export this information to a CSV file or link back to AutoCAD drawing in TABLE form.

The program must be located in C:\GDNTCAD folder only.

Functions:

• XDT2CSVT
• Export Dimensions to CSV file. And AUTOX-automatically update table and link files
• PutD 
• Assign a Part name and GD&T information to Dimensions.
• GetD 
• Read Part name information from Dimension.
• P2M 
• Match the properties part name to other Dimensions

How to Flatten? Here the script program file for AutoCAD

There is a Flatten script file for AutoCAD.

Users of AutoCAD who are working with entities that are not on the same Z plane axis will have trouble TRIMMING and EXTENDING them.

The script file to FLATTEN all of the entities' Z coordinates to zero is attached.

Type SCRIPT <enter> at the command line in AutoCAD, look for FLAT.SCR file and load it.

To download just click this FLAT.SCR  filed.

All of the entities' Z values will be reset to 0.00 by the systems.

CUI -How to add pulldown menu to Shorcut Menu on the mouse Right Click button.

CUI customization  

 Placing pulldown menu command to Shortcut Menu=Cursor right click area in AutoCAD.

1.        Type CUI in Autocad command line. Goto Customize tab, then Partial Customization Files, Where the custom pulldown menu located. 

2.        Goto the pulldown Menus that want to copy and transfer. Select and Right click to Copy.

 

3.        Then goto current  Menus on top, then subfolder Shortcut Menus, then Default Menu and inside Default menu -just right click to Paste at that location.

          

4.        Click Apply and OK.  Done.

How to Convert Toolbars to Ribbon Panels

1. On the ribbon, click Manage tab -> Customization panel> User Interface.  CUI  - Find
2. In the Customize User Interface editor, Customize tab, in the Customizations In  pane, open the Toolbars list.
3. Right-click the toolbar you want to convert and select Copy to Ribbon Panels.
   A copy of the toolbar is added to the list of ribbon panels.

Quick Access Toolbar customization - 2018

The basic trick for user dun likes the ribbon toolbar, but cannot avoid it and still prefer keyboard typing and using the icon toolbar.  Solutions:

§Quick Access Toolbar – “just right click” using the most common command – this only works in Ribbon toolbar then select add to Quick Access toolbar.

If you want to copy the toolbar icon, to the Quick access toolbar - Type CUI at the command line, go to the quick access toolbar:

Just drag and drop the icon at "Red Arrow"  to the Quick Access toolbar "RED BOX".

And click apply.
